EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

SECTOR PROGRESS & RISK ASSESSMENT

Group Executive Sector

• 10 of 10 standalone Group Executive solutions are now fully Blueprint Delivered (100%), including Correspondence Router and Session Recap Engine v2.0 which reached 100% this week.
• Contract Review Assistant v2.0 advanced from 80% (Blueprint In Progress). Among its five legal sub-modules, Standards Tracker progressed from 70% to 80% (Blueprint In Progress) this week; Dispute Resolution Tracker is now fully Blueprint Delivered (100%); Committee Workspace (90%, Blueprint Approved); Standards Systems Monitor (55%) and Property Registry Engine (40%) were unchanged.

Engineering Sector

• All three E&C solutions are now fully Blueprint Delivered (100%), including Drawing Review Assistant which reached 100% (Blueprint Delivered) with the blueprint signed off.

Regional Development Sector

• Zoning Planner and Asset Upkeep Predictor remain fully Blueprint Delivered (100%).
• Investor Gateway remains at 90% (Blueprint Approved), with the blueprint completed and shared with the Business Owner - follow-up for approval is ongoing.

Residential Sector

• Three of four Housing solutions remain fully Blueprint Delivered. Field Team Scheduler remains in Framing at 30% and is currently Delayed - On Hold pending new direction for the solution.

Shared Services Sector

• All four Shared Services solutions are now fully Blueprint Delivered (100%), including Invoice Processing Engine and Sourcing Analyzer which reached 100% this week - the latter's risk status also improved to On Track.
• Digital Human & Citizens Insights Hub and Financial & Budgeting Co-pilot remain fully Blueprint Delivered.
