What the dashboard shows

How many projects are on track, at risk, late or blocked
Progress counted two ways: by finished tasks, and weighted by effort
Status by department
The most urgent projects, with what each is waiting on, the next step, the owner and the date
Slicers for status, department and owner
A report date you set yourself before each report

Three steps

1

Add your projects

Replace the example rows in the Projects sheet. Type in the white columns only.

2

Set the report date

On the Settings sheet. Do this before each report.

3

Refresh

Press Data, then Refresh All, and open the Dashboard.

Made and tested in Excel for Windows (Microsoft 365). It has not been tested on Mac or in Excel for the web. The example projects are made up. It is a simple tracker, not a replacement for a full project management tool.
