Feature by feature

✓ the page marks it included   ~ limited, trial or a paid add-on (the reason is listed below)   ✕ the page marks it not included   ? no row for it on the pages read (it does not mean the tool lacks it)

Each column is one plan, named in its heading. Pick the tool in Overview and change the plan to see another plan here.

How this was put together

  • Every figure was read on 5 October 2026 by opening the page of the maker and reading the plan cards and the comparison table cell by cell. No search results, no summaries and no review sites.
  • Prices in this market change often, and some pages show a different currency by country.
  • One plan per tool at a time. The default is the lowest paid plan; the free plan and the next plans are one tap away.
  • Prices are US dollars a user a month. Where a maker bills annually, the figure is the monthly equivalent of the annual price. Where the page states both annual and monthly billing, both are shown.
  • Jira: the pricing page shows $7.91 and $14.54 a user without naming a billing basis, and the Atlassian licensing page lists $9.05 and $18.30 billed monthly, with prices that change by user tier. The price per user shown is the pricing page figure. The team cost for Jira is taken from the yearly price table on the licensing page ($900 a year for up to 10 users on Standard, for example), divided by twelve.
  • monday.com showed its prices in € on the pricing page (€9, €12, €19). The US dollar figures ($9, $12, $19) are from the pricing article on monday.com, updated March 2025.
  • Zoho Projects showed its prices in ⃁ on the pricing page (⃁14.60 and ⃁32.85). They are converted at ⃁3.75 to $1, the fixed rate of the riyal, marked ≈ and never ranked as the lowest price.
  • The team cost is the price times the number of seats, using the minimum seats of the plan. A plan with a user limit shows no cost above that limit. Basecamp charges a flat price, so its cost does not change with team size.
  • "The maker says" is the headline on the pricing page of the maker, quoted as written.
  • A feature is marked yes or no only where the page marks it for that plan. Limited, trial and paid add-on are marked ~ with the reason. Where the page has no row for a feature, the cell is a question mark.
  • Logos are the marks of the makers, taken from their sites, cropped to the symbol and resized. Nothing else was changed.
  • No opinion ranking and no "best tool". Which limit matters most depends on your team.
A helper, not a verdict. Prices and plans change often, and a page can be misread. Before you decide, open the maker's own page: the links are in the Sources tab. If you spot a mistake, tell me and I will fix it.
