The Weekly Email sheet: the email text on the left and the live snapshot of the Overview on the right
Weekly Email. The text on the left, written from the Tasks sheet: done this week, late and why, blocked, coming up. The live snapshot of the Overview on the right: click it, Ctrl + C, and paste it under the text.

What’s inside

Set it up once on Settings. After that, you only type on Tasks.

Overview

Five numbers, progress by effort, a donut, load by person, and the five tasks that need attention now.

Tasks

A real Excel table ready for 1,000 tasks. Formulas stay out of sight until you type a task.

Team

Open work per person against capacity: OK, Busy or Overloaded, and the next task each one has to deliver.

Weekly Email

The status email, already written: done this week, running late and why, blocked, and what is coming up.

Settings

Team name, your weekend (Friday and Saturday, or Saturday and Sunday), weights, members and public holidays.

The Tasks sheet: done rows struck through, status and days left filled in
Tasks. Put the date in Completed and the row strikes through. Status and days left fill themselves.
The Team sheet: open work per person against capacity

It won’t flatter your progress.

Most trackers count tasks. This one also weighs them by effort, so when the big tasks are still open, the Overview says so in plain words.
